Free, no-obligation estimates · Written pricing
Halo Water Proofing is a KS-licensed Exterior Waterproofing company that treats every Geneseo job like it's the only one on the schedule.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Geneseo technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Geneseo crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Geneseo crews handle most.
A flooded Geneseo basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Geneseo tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Geneseo crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Geneseo jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every Geneseo quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
Plenty of companies advertise Exterior Waterproofing in Geneseo — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Geneseo basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Geneseo claim.
Every Geneseo job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Geneseo contract we sign.
